If you are not completely satisfied with your Thermomix® purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the below conditions. This policy applies to any and all products sold via thermomix.ca. Return policies from any external online or retail stores will not be accepted. We highly encourage any customer who purchases a Thermomix® to take advantage of the personalized service we offer by booking a Cooking Demo session. You can book one at thermomix.ca/pages/cooking-demo or by emailing service@thermomix.ca
