- 220 g of water
- 1 tsp powdered sugar or 1 tsp. 1/2 teaspoon malt powder (optional)
- 20 g fresh baker's yeast, crumbled or 8 g dry baker's yeast (2 teaspoons shaves)
- 400 g wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
