The cutter itself is excellent; I just don't use it as much as I initially thought

"I ordered the cutter as I thought that it would be really helpful. I like it, it does what it claims to do but I end up not using it much. I find that it takes too much time to set it up and then clean afterwards that most of the time I reach for my manual slicer. If I was to need large quantities of sliced vegetables and fruits, for sure this is great to have. For a few carrots and fruits here and there, I don't use it much."
