The cutting disc can be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, we would recommend cleaning the cutting disc under running water with a washing-up brush. This will help to keep the high-quality blades sharp for longer

Safely guides ingredients into the Thermomix® Cutter+ for smooth, even slicing and grating while keeping hands protected.

Spiralizer Pusher

Features spikes to hold ingredients securely, ensuring smooth and precise spiralizing with the Thermomix® Cutter+.

Cutter+ Lid

The Cutter+ lid covers the cutting disc or the spiralizer. There is a wide and a narrow feeder tube to hold into position a variety of sizes of fruits, vegetables, or other food products.

4-in-1 Cutting disc

Slice or grate, thin or thick,it’s all on one disc! A two-sided high-quality steel cutting disc whose strong and sharp blades cut a wide variety of ingredients. Side 1 is for slicing and side 2 for grating.

Spiralizer

The spiralizer creates thick, tagliatelle-style spirals or thin, spaghetti-like spirals with two blade options.

Cutter Basket+

The two-handled cutter basket is easy to use and holds approximately 825ml of sliced, spiralized or grated products. It has a rounded base to collect juices from cut fruits, to enjoy with the prepared fruits.

Cutter+ Shaft

The shaft sits over the mixing bowl knife, connecting to the cutting disc.
