The Thermomix® Sensor brings precision to every recipe, tracking both internal and ambient temperatures (up to 100°C / 250°C). Use it in the oven, pan or grill with Bluetooth® connectivity and Guided Cooking support for flawless baking, grilling and roasting results.

Compatible with TM6® and TM7®, this kit delivers smarter cooking from prep to plate.

The Blade Cover and peeler is dishwasher safe for an easy clean-up.

Thermomix® Sensor
Cleaning:
-Clean the stainless steel probe with warm soapy water after each use.
-Wipe the electronic handle with a soft, damp cloth.
-Do not submerge the handle or electronic components in water.
-Not dishwasher-safe.

Usage & Safety:
-Safe for use in the oven, grill, or pan—ensure the handle does not touch open flames or heating elements.
-Insert the probe fully into the food for accurate internal-temperature readings.
-Do not exceed the maximum temperature limits (250°C ambient / 100°C internal).

Storage:
-Store in a dry place away from moisture.

Battery & Connectivity
-Ensure Bluetooth® is enabled when pairing with the Thermomix® or smartphone app.
-Replace batteries when connection becomes intermittent or readings are unstable (if applicable).
