The specially designed Thermomix® butterfly whisk is perfect for preparing sauces and mousses, whipping egg whites and cream, mashed potatoes, or for making your favorite butter. Note, that the butterfly can only be used up to speed 4.

Butterfly Whisk is dishwasher-safe. Place it into the utensils basket of the dishwasher to avoid deformation. Hand wash with warm soapy water. Thoroughly clean all parts of the Thermomix® TM5/TM6® after every use.

The Butterfly Whisk is made of special polyamide. All materials that come into contact with food are FDA approved and BPA free.
