Cleaning:
-Clean the stainless steel probe with warm soapy water after each use.
-Wipe the electronic handle with a soft, damp cloth.
-Do not submerge the handle or electronic components in water.
-Not dishwasher-safe.

Usage & Safety:
-Safe for use in the oven, grill, or pan—ensure the handle does not touch open flames or heating elements.
-Insert the probe fully into the food for accurate internal-temperature readings.
-Do not exceed the maximum temperature limits (250°C ambient / 100°C internal).

Storage:
-Store in a dry place away from moisture.
-Avoid pulling or bending the probe cable (if included) to preserve sensor accuracy.

Probe

The probe is equipped with two sensors to monitor both core and ambient temperatures. During cooking, it continuously transmits data to the Thermomix® TM6®, TM7™, and the Cooking Center app.

The charger powers the probe while also acting as a repeater that amplifies the signal it receives. Its magnetic case allows it to be conveniently attached to the oven door during cooking
