"Thank you for the replacement. I am very pleased with the new mixing knife as it is performing perfectly. I would like to share my feedback regarding the previous blade, which was replaced by your service center about a year ago. After using it for over a year, it started to turn black. Since my other Thermomix unit’s blade remained in perfect condition under identical usage, I am convinced that the one from a year ago had a material quality issue. I am so much happier now that this new blade does not discolor. Thank you for resolving this for me, and I hope you find this feedback useful for your quality control."
